Dr. Matthew Flaherty is a neurointensivist in Phoenix, Arizona and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital and John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital. He received his medical degree from St. George's University, completed a neurology residency and fellowship training in neurocritical care at the UTHSC in Houston and has been in practice since 2007. He is one of a small group of doctors in the state of Arizona that is board certified in Neurocritical Care. Dr. Flaherty is a fully trained neurointensivist, proficient in life saving procedures such as intubation, central line placement and intracranial monitor and ventriculostomy placement.
